Gantries

Fixed height mobile gantries, standard as illustrated or outrigged for maximum travel.  Slide frames are usually of an “A” frame configuration and support the appropriate high grade steel load bearing “I” beam.  A choice of castors are available, either durable cast iron or robust polyurethane.

Adjustable gantries are very similar in design but allow for a sliding centre extension piece within the “A” frame.

Self erecting gantries provide for greater flexibility, also referred to as colossus or demountable gantries.  Ideal when location changes are inevitable.

All these gantries are suitable for indoor or outdoor jobs, from loading bay to process engineering.  Very popular for machine maintenance and moving applications.

Lifting Assemblies

Grabs, also known as lifting tongues.  There are exist many specific designs for handling stacked slabs, steel or concrete blocks, drums or reels, bales, etc.  Certain grabs can be custom designed for your own application.

“C” Hooks available with balance weights, as illustration, or spring balance.  Predominately used for handling coils or concrete slabs.

Lifting Beams; abundant variations and designs exist to supply beams tailored to suit a specific requirement.  Centre point suspension with adjustable leg lugs or two and four leg suspended spreaders for lifting boats, cars and many other purposes.

Crane Forks

Used when palletised goods require high lifts, for example brick and concrete blocks for the building and construction industries.  Some designs provide a multi position suspension  bracket for cantered location of the lifting shackle, often referred to as brick lifts, others are self correcting spring balanced.  The use of safety nets is strongly recommended at all times.

Chain Slings

Grade 80º alloy chain, clevis pins, components and couplings combine together to make an extremely comprehensive range of sling options. Although many of the sling configurations are standard such as single, two, three, and four leg. A vast array of hooks and rings exist to suit your specific requirements.
