| The manual drum winch is highly robust, weather resistant and has many lifting and pulling applications.
The manual drum winch has several safety features including gears that have been fully subjected to endurance and destruction, with hubs that have been machined to retain lubrication, there is an automatic ratchet brake with stainless steel spring, the drum is released by an easily accessible lever with a safety device to prevent release of the machine when under load. There is a wire rope anchor point which will adapt to various rope diameters without any special tool, and there is and adjustable handle length with a permanently attached handle adjustment knob to adjust the handle or to prevent operation of the winch.
