The Tirak is a continuous rope climbing hoist which gives a constant in-line pulling force regardless of rope length. The Tirak with its Maxiflex wire rope is an ideal unit for lifting or pulling loads due to its low weight, compact shape and unlimited rope length.

 
The outstanding features of the Tirak make it a most versatile unit - it can be used like a conventional winch as well as a materials hoist. It can tension conveyor belts, or operate large hangar doors, move stage settings, shunt railway wagons, or pull underground power lines. It can be used for numerous hoisting and pulling applications in factories and workshops, as well as for various maintenance or breakdown services.
 
The Tirak power operated lifting and pulling machines are available in a wide range of capacities from 300Kg to 3000Kg with a choice of rope speed to suit your requirement. They can be anchored above the load or on the ground.
 
The Tiraks reliability comes from years of experience in the manufacture of hoists ensuring low maintenance.
 
The Tirfor Maxiflex steel wire rope supplied with the Tirak is not a standard production rope, it has been designed and manufactured to extremely fine tolerances demanded by Tirfor Limited for use with the machine.
