All our swing jib cranes are manufactured to BS7333 and CE marked.The underbraced cranes are and ideal solution if headroom is of a premium and you want to use as much as possible. The bracing (as per its name) is on the underside thus keeping a clean upper surface.Capacities range from 125kg to 3000kg and jibs lengths from 1m to 8m.
The jibs are made using a H-beam section which are normally heavier than that of the overbraced. This is because of the extra strength needed for the cantilever effect. The masts are made from circular hollow section. The jib is attached to the mast via a hinge pin that allows the jib to rotate 270 dgrees. This can be limited by adding stops if nessesary. Heights to underside of beam can be up to 6mtrs or more depending on headroom available. The electrical supply to the hoist is carried by an electrical festoon ststem that runs parralell with the jib arm. Any type of hoist system can be fitted to these cranes to make them extreemly versatile.
